All you really need is the budget (pardon the pun).

On a serious note: once you’ve selected your unit (townhouse or a Villa) in DAMAC Islands 2 (also called Phase 2 DAMAC Islands), here’s what we’ll need from you:

  • If you’re a UAE resident, your Emirates ID

  • If you’re an international buyer, a copy of your passport, along with your full name and email address

Now that the project is in the EOI (Expression of Interest) stage, We will ask you to put the down payment of 5% of the total Value which is 100% refundable in case you backed out of the deal on the day of the official launch which is to be expected sometime mid of October.

On the Launch date, you (EOI Customers) will be given the priority to initiate the booking at the pre-launch price which may be AED 2,850,00 dirhams tentatively with just 10% of the total price (Inclusive of the EOI amount), plus 4% DLD. Within 15 working days, we’ll prepare and issue the SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) and sent to your residence.

DAMAC Islands 2 may follow a 75/25 split:

  • 10 % deposit at booking
  • 10% deposit 30 days after the booking and your SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement is executed)

55 % payable during construction via installments

25 % on completion or handover

The installment schedule during construction often includes:

  • Small monthly installments (1 %) over many months
  • Occasional larger 5 % payments at certain milestones

Final 25 % due at handover

So basically, Payment plan at DAMAC Islands 2 includes a 20% down payment, 55% during construction (which is the duration of 4 years Until December 2029), and 25% upon project completion.

Note: These Payment Plans are followed by all the DAMAC Properties Project in Dubai, There may or may not be any changes in DAMAC Islands Phase 2 Payment terms and will be revealed on the day of the launch.

Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029, but you can expect sometime in early Q2 of 2029 as DAMAC Properties also considers the grace period of 6 months given to them by Dubai RERA.
