Once you’ve chosen your townhouse or twin villa in DAMAC Islands 2 – Tahiti, here’s all we need:

UAE residents: Emirates ID

International buyers: Passport copy, full name, and email

The project is currently in the EOI (Expression of Interest) stage. A 5% refundable EOI secures your priority, fully refundable if you decide to withdraw on launch day (expected 27th November 2025).

On launch day, EOI clients get first access to book at pre launch prices, for example around AED 2,750,000 for a 4bedroom townhouse: by paying 20% of the total price (inclusive of the EOI) plus 4% DLD. Within 15 working days, your SPA will be prepared and sent to you.

And just like that, you’re officially part of DAMAC Islands 2, ready for your next chapter.

DAMAC Islands 2 may follow a 75/25 split:

  • 20 % deposit at booking
  • 55 % payable during construction via installments over the course of 4 years
  • 25 % on completion or handover (ACD 2030)

The installment schedule during construction often includes:

  • Small monthly installments (1 %) over many months
  • Occasional larger 3 % payments at certain milestones

Final 25 % due at handover.

Completion is scheduled for Q4 2030, but you can expect sometime in early Q2 of 2029 as DAMAC Properties also considers the grace period of 6 months given to them by Dubai RERA.
