International buyers: Passport copy, full name, and email address

The project is currently in the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage. A 5% refundable deposit secures your priority. If you decide to withdraw on launch day, your amount is fully refunded.

On launch (expected mid of October), EOI clients will have priority booking at pre-launch prices starting around AED 2.75M. At that stage, you’ll pay 10% of the total price (inclusive of the EOI amount) plus 4% DLD. Within 15 working days, your Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be prepared and sent to your residence.

And just like that, you’ll be officially on board with DAMAC Islands Phase 2.
